Under the direct supervision of the Director of the Center for Continuing Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Muath Hillal Jassim, the Center for Continuing Education at the University of Anbar held the training course entitled ((Middle Administrations)) for the period from 1/29/2023 to 29/2/2023.
With the participation of a number of employees of the university, government departments, directorates and public companies in the province with special degrees, the lectures in the course dealt with how to raise the efficiency of workers in all sectors and through middle administrations, a statement of job work, employee duties and rights, and the most important means of development used in modern work, as well as defining responsibilities ((middle management)) Including developing sub-plans in the light of the general plan developed by the senior management, and using the organizational structure to determine the authority of workers in the organization and the responsibilities they bear, in addition to defining standards for control and performance in the various departments of production and their standards, achieving coordination and interaction between the elements of production, as well as contributing to the development of policy and plan. public by providing data and information to senior management.
Note that the duration of the course is one month, and the subscription fee is (150,000) thousand dinars, and half the wages for the employees of Anbar University.
